Upload files

Working with AgentReview draft

On this page

Drag files into the message input for a task, or onto the canvas to arrange them on a Page. Keep long-term PDFs or supported images in Project settings / Reference files. That entry supports fewer formats than ordinary uploads.

Upload to a conversation or canvas

  1. Use upload or drag local files to the relevant area. Supported clipboard images can also be pasted.
  2. Check filenames or thumbnails and wait for upload and processing.
  3. Explain their role before sending, or arrange canvas assets and reference them to Agent.

Upload completion and content parsing are separate. A thumbnail alone does not mean the file is ready while processing or an error remains.

Formats and limits

TypeFormats
ImagesJPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF
Documents and spreadsheetsPDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV
AudioAAC, FLAC, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV
VideoAVI, MKV, MOV, MP4, WebM

Project reference files currently accept PDFs and supported images, not every format above. SVG, CAD and 3D files are not ordinary images. Generated article assets do not imply local Markdown upload support.

LimitMaximum or requirement
Files per batch50
Total batch size1 GB
Single fileDefault 100 MB; follow the current page if different
Image dimensionsAt least 100 pixels on each side; no more than 36 million pixels
VideoUp to 10 minutes; long side up to 3840 and short side up to 2160 pixels

Units are decimal: 1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes; 1 GB = 1,000 MB. Count, individual size and total size limits all apply. Model input limits are separate and may further constrain image counts, video duration or attachment combinations.

When only some files fail

Keep successful uploads and address the failed ones. Split batches that exceed count or total size limits; retry only a problematic file when appropriate. Splitting batches or compressing one file may not resolve full workspace storage; check usage first.
