Read references and organize text and tables

Working with AgentReview draft

On this page

Ask Agent to extract information, organize requirements and compare differences. Decide the question first, then provide the most relevant files.

Read a document

  1. Upload and wait for processing, or reference an existing project file.
  2. Specify the purpose: functions, area schedules, contradictions or open questions.
  3. Request page/paragraph references and distinguish source statements, calculations and inferences.
  4. Check key numbers, units, conditions and exceptions against the original.

Blurry scans, tiny text and complex tables can affect recognition. Supply a clear screenshot or excerpt with its location when content was missed.

Build a table

Define columns such as function, area, source and open question. Leave missing information blank or mark it “not provided.” A neat table must not hide gaps.

For totals, define units and scope; distinguish duplicate counts, included quantities and estimates. Verify calculations rather than assuming a complete-looking table is correct.

Compare versions

Reference old and new versions with dates. Request additions, removals and changes before discussing their impact. Identify which version is authoritative.

Write design text

Use checked information and specify audience, purpose, length and fixed facts: “Turn this summary into an opening slide; retain the three constraints and do not invent area values.” Save confirmed information needed later in project memory.
