Design presentation document workflow

Skill manualsReview draft

On this page

Organize existing project data, concepts, and images into a continuous design narrative. Plan chapters and pages before arranging text, renderings, and analysis.

Prepare materials

Provide the brief or basic data, concept explanation, and approved images. Define discipline, audience, orientation, dimensions, and target length. Include templates or an established outline, identify important image placement, and exclude rejected options.

Structure before layout

  1. Select this Skill and explain the purpose, such as a concept presentation emphasizing existing problems, strategies, and main spaces.
  2. Review what each page says, which image supports it, and whether material is sufficient. Remove repetition and fill missing arguments first.
  3. Revise and confirm the outline. If content and order are finalized, request layout only.
  4. Check image/text agreement, narrative continuity, version accuracy, and consistency of added analysis images.
  5. Request page-specific revisions while stating which pages or ordering remain unchanged.

Editing and export

Results can include both arranged text/image pages and whole generated images. Text and legends embedded in an image are not necessarily independently editable. Identify long text, tables, or technical data needing precise later edits and inspect the actual output type.

Confirm export scope, format, and editability afterward. Creating presentation content does not itself produce a PPTX file. Supply missing material instead of filling pages with unrelated images.

Start with Brief interpretation if no proposal exists, or Integrated mood boards for design character only.
