Upgrade, downgrade or change billing cycles
Account, workspace, and billingReview draft
On this page
Changes can apply immediately or next cycle depending on tier, purchase type and billing period. Check the preview's effective date and amount before confirmation.
Submit a change
The owner opens Plans, checks the current plan/cycle and selects a target. Review current benefit end date, new start date, payment or authorization and next billing arrangement. Complete the required steps and wait. Immediate changes should appear as current; future changes as pending.
| Change | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Recurring upgrade without shortening the purchase period | Usually switches after payment and starts a new benefit period |
| Downgrade or same-tier cycle change | May apply next cycle; check the date |
| Shortening annual to monthly | Scheduled for next cycle, even if the target tier is higher |
| Recurring subscription to a one-time pass | Cancel renewal and wait until recurring benefits end first |
Available transitions depend on current benefits and period. Follow unavailable-transition prompts rather than trying to stack two current plans through repeated purchases.
Amounts and issued credits
Immediate changes are not simply the difference between list prices. Checkout calculates the amount and may credit eligible unissued benefits. Use the displayed total; an offset is not a cash refund to your payment account.
Issued credits retain their own expiry. Future issuance follows the changed arrangement. Check both plan status and credit records, not only total balance.
Review pending changes before another action. Canceling a pending arrangement may also stop future renewal; read the confirmation's explanation of current benefits and expiry.
