Identify whether the problem occurs before sign-in, when accepting an invitation, or after entering the product. Creating another account is usually not the first step.
| Symptom | Check and next step |
|---|---|
| No verification code | Check the phone number or email, inbox and spam folder, and whether the request succeeded. Resend after the countdown and use the latest code. |
| Incorrect or expired code | Request a new code and enter it in full. |
| Email sign-in fails | Use the email associated with your original account and a fresh code. Email sign-in does not use a password. |
| WeChat QR code fails | Refresh an expired code, scan again, and confirm in WeChat. |
| Sign-in method unavailable | Wait for loading or refresh. Check which methods are available; contact your administrator if none work. |
| Invitation expired or unavailable | Ask the inviter to resend it and open the new link. |
Phone and WeChat options above apply where those sign-in methods are offered, including the China edition; they do not imply availability in every region.
Signed in, but the project is missing
Check your account and current workspace. Reopen the project invitation and confirm its project name and permission. Joining a workspace does not automatically grant identical access to all projects.
If access worked previously, ask an administrator or the inviter to check membership, project permissions, and project status. Do not repeatedly create accounts.
Your session expired
Sign in again and check saved content in the original project. Signing in restores authentication; it does not guarantee recovery of a draft that was never submitted.
For unresolved issues, provide your account identifier, workspace or project, exact error, and time. Never send passwords or verification codes.
