Create, switch and manage workspaces

Account, workspace, and billingReview draft

On this page

A workspace holds projects, members, permissions and usage. Check its name before working, inviting or purchasing, especially when you belong to several teams.

Create

Open the top workspace menu / Create workspace. Enter a recognizable name, optionally upload a logo and submit. Then create projects or invite members. If logo upload fails, retry it rather than creating duplicate workspaces. You become the new workspace's owner, responsible for management and purchases.

Switch

Choose another joined workspace from the menu. Its list shows projects you may access. For missing projects, verify workspace and project permissions.

Switching does not transfer projects, members or credits. A shared project link may belong to a different workspace; check its displayed ownership.

Rename or change the logo

The owner can use Workspace settings / General. Save the name and wait for logo upload success. Other members may only view general details.

Member, usage and plan entries depend on role. A missing purchase button should be handled by the current owner, not by creating another workspace.

Leave versus delete

Leave workspace removes your participation; Delete workspace closes the entire workspace. Only the owner can delete it, with a workspace-name confirmation, affecting all projects and members. Transfer ownership first when changing the person responsible. Do not delete a workspace merely to leave a team.
