Role boundaries
These are access rules, not notification-delivery promises.

| owner | Overall usage, billing, storage, members and roles; plan purchases/changes |
| admin | Overall usage, billing and storage; invite/remove/change ordinary roles; plan purchases/changes remain with owner |
| member | Member list, workspace credit balance and own usage; no member management, team billing or storage usage |
| collaborator | Own usage and authorized projects; no member list, overall balance, team billing or storage |
| viewer | Authorized projects; no personal usage entry, Agent or uploads |
Admins cannot remove or change owners or other admins; contact the owner. Workspace membership does not open every private project, and project editing does not override a viewer's Agent/upload restriction. Check account and workspace, then ask the inviter/manager to verify access.
