Export fails, takes too long, or looks different

Check the selection, layout, and export option. One image, a whole frame, and multiple selected assets offer different export scopes.
Export has not finished
Confirm the selected assets are fully generated, processed, and accessible. Record the error, then try a smaller selection, such as one ready asset, to isolate the cause.
Many items or long text can take time. Check export status and browser downloads before retrying; repeated clicks make it harder to identify the completed attempt.
The file opens, but the result is unexpected

| PDF does not retain side-by-side placement | Auto layout produces paginated PDF. Use a free-layout presentation board PDF to preserve the whole board. |
| Board edges cut off content | Ensure everything remains within the frame after resizing. |
| Long text is tiny in PPT | Each item becomes one slide and long articles shrink. Split the content or choose paginated PDF. |
| Text inside a PPT image is not editable | An image stays an image; it is not decomposed into text and shapes. |
| Video does not play in PDF | PDF contains a static cover. Deliver the video file separately. |
| Multiple files downloaded | Check whether you exported individual assets in a batch instead of a board or presentation. |
Still failing
Provide the project, Page, selection, format, time, and error. Identify a specific failing file by name and type. Confirm what project material you may share before sending it to support.
