Create and manage projects and Pages

Canvas and PagesReview draft

On this page

A project holds references, conversations and results for one body of work. Each Page is an extendable canvas: use separate Pages for site information, concepts and presentation layout.

Create or open a project

  1. Check the active workspace; the project belongs to it.
  2. Start a task from home or use the project list's creation entry. See your first task.
  3. Click the project name at the top to rename it, using a recognizable name such as “Community Center · Concept stage.”
  4. Return through home or the project list. If missing, check the workspace and trash.

Content-editing permission does not necessarily include renaming or deleting the whole project.

Add a Page

Open the current Page menu at the top and choose Add Page. Reopen it, choose the Page's rename action, enter a name and press Enter or click outside. Click another Page name to switch.

Names such as “01 References,” “02 Alternatives” and “03 Presentation” help the team find content; each Page independently organizes asset positions.

Rename or delete Pages

Use the corresponding actions in the Page menu. A project must retain at least one Page. Confirm you mean the entire Page, not one image; select individual content on the canvas to delete it.

Changes synchronize as you work. Resolve connection or sync warnings before leaving. Uploading or generating placeholders are not completed results.
