Work together in a project

Sharing and collaborationReview draft

On this page

Ensure everyone has the necessary project permissions. Online presence means a session is connected, not that everyone may edit or use Agent.

Online sessions

The top member area shows avatars of other online sessions. Hover for person/device information. One person using several tabs or devices can appear in multiple sessions. Avatars show presence; the Members panel manages access.

Avoid simultaneous edits

Selection/editing occupancy appears through borders, colors and avatars. Content held by another session may temporarily resist selection, movement, resizing or deletion. Work elsewhere until they finish.

Use named Pages or frames for separate directions or chapters. Moving a frame also moves its children; verify the scope before dragging a group someone else is editing.

Continue from existing work

  1. Find the relevant Page in the Page menu.
  2. Use Shift + 1 for context, then select an asset and Shift + 2 for detail.
  3. Reference it in your conversation, check inputs and scope, then send.
  4. Distinguish new versions by titles, frames and positions before choosing what to retain.

Keep shared conditions in project memory, personal preferences in personal memory and temporary inputs in attachments. Update changed requirements and tell active teammates.

Connection problems

Wait for reconnection and verify the last change. A local move does not prove others received it. Repeatedly creating new projects does not resolve sync issues.
