Renewals, cancellation and expiry

Canceling auto-renewal stops future renewal arrangements. Paid benefits remain until their displayed end date. Cancellation does not delete the account or request a refund of payments already made.
Check renewal
The owner checks the current plan, period end and pending plan in Plans/Billing. One-time purchases use their own validity period; subscriptions also have renewal status.
Authorization alone does not prove the next period is active. Follow AIRI loci's payment and plan status for processing, failed or action-required payments.
Cancel renewal
Choose Cancel subscription/auto-renewal in current-plan management. Read the benefit end date. If a pending plan exists, review how canceling it affects renewal authorization. Confirm, wait for success and recheck status and dates.
After failure, the old arrangement may remain active. Preserve the message and retry until success is explicit. Closing a dialog is not cancellation.
After cancellation
Paid benefits last until their end date. Issued credit batches keep separate expiry dates: the plan end does not necessarily erase all credits, and a credit balance does not preserve paid benefits.
After expiry, the workspace follows its then-applicable plan. Check requirements before renewing features or capacity limited by a plan.
Subscribe again
Choose an available plan and complete any new payment/authorization. Do not assume old authorization resumes automatically. To switch from recurring subscription to a one-time pass, wait until recurring benefits fully end.
