Formats depend on selection. “Editable” refers to supported document objects, not automatically separating windows, trees or text inside a generated image into layers.
| Selected content | Common formats | Further use |
|---|---|---|
| Image | Image file | Design/image tools; no automatic layer separation |
| Video/audio | Media file | Playback or media editing |
| Article | DOCX, PDF | Edit prose in DOCX; read/share PDF |
| Slide | PPTX | Adjust supported text, images and shapes in PowerPoint |
| Auto-layout frame | PDF, PPT | Content-paginated PDF; one item per PPT slide |
| Free-layout frame | Board PDF | Preserves the entire appearance |
Single-asset and frame menus differ. Group slides in an auto-layout frame to export one presentation file.
Understand editability
Inspect fonts, wrapping, tables and image positions after DOCX/PPT export, especially complex layouts. Long auto-layout articles scale onto one PPT slide rather than becoming a multi-slide script. Free-layout PDF is not for object-by-object editing; keep the original project and frame.
Watermarks and AI labels
Downloads and exports follow the workspace's applicable labeling rules. For visible watermarks, an owner or admin can open Workspace settings / General / Watermark and inspect Disable AI-generated watermark.
Eligibility includes applicable paid-plan conditions. Read and confirm the dialog when enabling it, and wait for success. Turning it off restores the corresponding visible-watermark setting. If unavailable, read the reason; buying a credit pack does not itself grant eligibility.
This controls visible watermarks, not every piece of AI provenance in a file. Canvas previews may differ from downloaded files. Inspect the final file's labels and completeness; report discrepancies with project, format and an example file.
