Design strategy presentation workflow

Skill manualsReview draft

On this page

Extract design logic from existing project images and turn each strategy into a text-and-image presentation layout.

Prepare project images

Provide renderings, photographs, floor plans, or site plans and explain the goals: connected public spaces, site response, or a consistent interior experience. Images should belong to the same project or clearly labeled alternatives.

Supply evidence for intentions that images cannot establish, such as operating-cost reductions or capacity targets.

Build the presentation

  1. Select this Skill, attach images, and define audience and emphasis.
  2. Review strategies and their supporting images. Prefer concrete actions such as stepped public terraces over generic labels like “innovation.”
  3. Correct, combine, or remove claims before layout.
  4. If images are insufficient, review the proposed additional views, count, and purpose before generation. You can supply your own material or reduce scope instead.
  5. Check agreement between each page's title, explanation, and image.

Example: “Explain the cultural center's public-space strategy to the client. Use only claims supported by the images and project information; explain the purpose of any additional image first.”

Revise precisely

Distinguish a change to the argument from a layout change. If a strategy and image disagree, revise one rather than retaining an unsupported claim to fill pages.

Newly generated views are design representations, not site photographs or new evidence. Verify consistency and distinguish them from source material. Confirm actual export options separately from creating layouts.
