Orders, invoices and refunds
Account, workspace, and billingReview draft
On this page
Billing history records purchases, payments and refunds for the current workspace. Credit usage explains where credits went; billing history explains money paid.
Review and export history
The owner checks the workspace, opens Plans / Manage billing / Billing history, and reviews product, record type, payment method, date and amount. Page through older records or export CSV for finance records.
A purchase arrangement and its payment may have separate records. Refunds appear as reverse-amount records without erasing original payments. Retry loading errors; they do not prove no payment occurred.
Invoices versus payment records
CSV, payment receipts and formal invoices serve different purposes. Request invoice is not yet available in current billing history. This page cannot collect invoice details or submit an invoice request; CSV export does not issue an invoice.
Keep product, transaction date, amount and proof of payment. An invoice placeholder or successful payment is not evidence that an invoice was issued.
Cancellation and refunds
Canceling renewal stops future subscriptions while paid benefits last to expiry; it does not automatically refund the current period. Plan-change offsets are not cash refunds.
There is no self-service refund button in the current account page. Do not calculate entitlement from remaining credits, days or price differences. Eligibility, amount and arrival require checking the original purchase. Verify actual billing/payment-channel results; “submitted” is not “funds received.”
For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or missing benefits, provide workspace, product, time, amount, page status and payment proof. Balance alone may combine several purchases and cannot identify one transaction.
