Interior design workflow

Generate consistently styled interior views for selected rooms from a building floor plan, then optionally organize them into presentation layouts.
Define scope and output
Provide a clear plan, project type, and marked rooms. For a whole floor, review a room list first.
- Renderings only: images of selected spaces.
- Full presentation: presentation pages with materials, details, or concept imagery as needed, optionally combining multiple spaces.
These scopes require different amounts of work. State “renderings only this round” when testing a direction.
Develop the interiors
- Select this Skill and specify spaces and output scope.
- Check room interpretation; add names, locations, or a marked plan where labels are unclear.
- Supply materials, colors, and style requirements, or review proposed concepts. Multiple rooms need a shared design direction.
- Review renderings; for a full presentation, check main images, explanations, and supporting material together.
Example: “Design only the library entrance lobby and adult reading area. Renderings only, with warm wood and natural light and a shared material palette.”
Review and continue
Compare room shape, openings, structural grid, partitions, and furniture with the plan. Specify exact deviations. Visual plausibility does not replace dimension checks.
You can add presentation pages after approving renderings without regenerating everything. Revise crowded pages locally. Presentation content and file export are separate; confirm available export methods for formats such as PPTX.
For zoning and furniture layout, start with Interior floor plan design. For concept options from a photograph, use Interior concept brainstorming.
