Insufficient credits, usage charges, or payment questions

On this page
Distinguish an empty workspace balance, an exhausted member allowance, and an order/payment mismatch.
Insufficient credits
Open usage or plan details for the current workspace and verify its name and available balance. Credits in another workspace are not automatically available to this task.
An exhausted personal allowance may block generation even when the workspace has credits. Ask an owner or admin to check the allowance; repeated requests do not change it.
A usage charge looks wrong
Match the task and usage record by time, scope, and completed steps. Partial success, stopped tasks, and failed tasks can include work already executed, so the final status alone does not determine settlement.
Keep the record instead of rerunning a task to test charging. Check Credit usage and member allowances for rules and details.
Paid, but benefits or balance have not updated
Check the order, workspace, and whether you purchased a plan or credits. Compare order status with the payment provider's record. If processing or inconsistent, keep the order number and payment evidence instead of immediately paying again.
Provide order number, payment time, amount, workspace, and current page status. Redact unrelated personal information; never send a payment password or verification code.
Canceling renewal, changing plans, and requesting a refund are different actions. Turning off renewal does not mean a paid order was refunded.
